Leroy has a career over 14 years across Advertising, Brand Management and Direct & Digital. He has extensive experience across several categories like Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Information Technology, Services, Travel & Tourism and Fashion and Lifestyle.
Leroy has worked earlier with Ogilvy & Mather, iContract and Tribal DDB India – in his last stint he was President of Tribal DDB India with operations across 5 cities in India.
Leroy led the team that won the first Gold Lion at the Cannes Lions Direct and three Effie’s including the Grand Effie for the ICICI Children Growth Bonds a product from the ICICI Bank. He also led the team that developed the Integrated Lead Generation System (ILG) Winner of the ITSMA Awards – Gold for most effective Marketing Program and the IDC Awards for Wipro Technologies.
Leroy has a superb track record of brand building through relevant, innovative and impactful communication solutions that work across media platforms. He has the unique distinction of being a part of the team that won the 1st ever Gold Lion in Cannes Direct Marketing, in addition to winning both an Effie and a Grand Effie.
Under his leadership, Tribal DDB India grew to be the biggest and the most awarded digital agency in the country with over 40 local and international awards in 3 years.
Leroy firmly believes that there is a great need to integrate interactive, direct and relationship marketing disciplines to deliver quick, highly impactful and sustainable solutions to clients.
Leroy is married to Sharmila and they have two children (Kenneth & Angelina).
Leroy’s hobbies are observing wild life, traveling, fret work.
K Subharaman With over 35 years of experience in Advertising, including 31 years in Rediffusion, KSR, as he’s commonly called, is the pillar of Y&R, India. With a strong background in finance, he has efficiently strategised the organisation’s budgets to meet its financial goals. Like any true South Indian, KSR takes great interest in Carnatic and Classical music. He also loves travelling to places seldom visited.
Ravindra Pamadi Born in South, brought up as a Maharashtrian and married to a girl from North - he’s an Indian in the true sense. A commerce graduate and a trained journalist, Ravi has 26 years of experience behind him. Now in his 7th year at Rediffusion-Wunderman, he is an absolute no-compromise individual at work. When he is not working he’s busy trekking to the Himalayas.
Balasubramaniam RajagopalBala, as he is fondly called, started his career 14 years ago. A native of Coimbatore, he has been an independent consultant for Indian companies in Marketing & Product Development (MPD) and Innovation Management. In fact, he ran a consulting company under the name Gyantec Consulting for over 7 years. In his identity as an entrepreneur, he managed relationships with major clients like Calyon Bank, Kimberly Clark Inc, Cadbury, Infosys Technologies and more. The flagship CRM programme designed for Kimberly Clark was adapted for seven other geographies in Asia Pacific region by the company. His core objective is to ‘make a difference’ in any pursuit.
Aparna Mahesh
Aparna Mahesh has worn many hats in many countries since she began her career in advertising & marketing 13 years ago. She started as a management trainee with FCB Ulka and later moved on to become Brand Manager with Parle Agro Ltd. Here she handled household brand names like Frooti, Appy and Bailey mineral water.
In 2000, she moved to Philadelphia, USA where she was introduced to Direct Marketing with The Brownstein Group, handling their key account - Microsoft. It was here that she was also awarded with the William.E.Surgner Excellence Award by the American Association of Advertising Agencies. She also led engagements with powerful financial brands like JPMorgan Chase, MasterCard and CapitalOne as a marketing consultant with Harvest Consulting, New York City.
In 2005, she moved to the London, and joined Royal Mail as Market Development Manager. Here, her role focused on increasing the penetration of direct mail as a medium among SMEs. Back in India now, she heads strategy and planning for Wunderman.
The other hats she wears include: mother, certified yoga instructor, avid reader and writer, with a published novel – ‘Talking of Silence’ to her credit.
